2010-03-05: YAY! Just finished my Competent Communicators Manual!

I have been a member of the Toastmasters organization for almost two years. I had been considering it since college but never got around to doing so. I started attending meetings while working at City of Hope but was discouraged from joining by my supervisor as taking too much time away from work.

Currently a member and VP Public Relations for BioToasters in San Diego, CA. Have been a member of Expresso Toastmasters in Upland, CA.

Toastmasters has been an excellent place for me to improve my public speaking and leadership skills. I have also been working on my webmaster skills by creating and managing the websites for both BioToasters and Expresso Toastmasters.
